Good deal
I feel like I got a good deal. The lights appear to be better built than I was expecting; housing feels solid. Looks fantastic. The lights are significantly brighter than the Sea-Dog 400070-1.I initially purchased the Sea-Dog 400070-1 LED nav-lights, after seeing how bright those lights performed on a friends boat. My friend's Sea-Dog LEDs are beautiful and bright, but his must have been a slightly older model - it appears Sea-Dog has changed the production some, and apparently not for the better. The new version of the 400070-1 is no longer attractive during the daytime when not in use, since Sea-Dog changed to a white backing plate for both port and starboard. During the day, they look white - with no indication of red or green - not traditional looking at all. At night when on, they look fine (green & red). Once I received the new Sea-Dog 400070-1 nav-lights, I was disappointed by their appearance and the very thin cover which was supposed to be stainless steel, but if so - then the thinnest ever produced. My disappointment with the Sea-Dog LEDs triggered my search for something more attractive, and that's how I came across the Sebnux LEDs.The Sebnux light housing appears to be surprisingly well made and beautiful. So far, my only complaint about the Sebnux lights are the very thin 20 or 22 gauge wires. Too bad they skimped on the connection wiring. I understand it is to cut costs, but it seems like they could have spent about the same amount of money using 16 or 18 gauge wires with a shorter harness length. Regardless, they went with the ridiculously thin external wires. Hopefully the 20 to 22 gauge wires will handle the watts. Who knows, maybe this thin wire doubles as a fuse.

Nice and Bright, need longer wires!!!
Very easy to install, wish the lead wires were a little longer but I made it work. To be CG legal, you have to almost aim the Red/Green LEDs on each side of the front of the boat (pontoon) directly left and right so that the green angle and red angle don't overlap. If you aim them directly straight like it makes sense to do, the angle of LED beam will overlap and that is not desired. Overall, they arrived quick and took 10 mins to install.

So Far, So Good... Very Bright
Installed today replacing old halogen bulbs... Seem like very good quality, very easy install being that I was just swapping + and - wires and putting in a couple screws. EXTREMELY bright as you can see by the picture. We'll see how they last.

Nice LED replacement, but be cautious of mounting location
Bought these to replace similar halogen nav light and they do very well. Nice and bright with very low power draw. Be mindful of where these should be mounted as they allow for 180 degree viewing, but regulations (in the US) are that lights to designate which side a boat is, is no greater than 112.5 degrees. So if these are mounted on the top of the deck, you will need to make some effort to block out the extra degrees of the light. Overall nice set of lights, and if not needing to modify the amount of visible light, they are quite easy to install.

This is a lot wider than my factory ones.
I have a light fetish as my wife occurring.I just have bad luck with waterproof lighting. My Bennington factory non-led version lights burned the leg of one of my guests because it got too hot. These were replaced by the Bennington warranty. They gave me exact fit chrome ones as a replacement. They just stopped working after 1 year and would get moisture in them. These are wider than my factory ones. I had to drill new holes for these. These do not come with connectors. I used, cut and spliced my old connectors off my old lights and soldered the old connectors onto these open wires. Worked like a charm. The lights are bright. My dual purpose bow lights have a ridge separating this light to the other light and to the other side of the bow. Therefore I don't have cross light reflection occuring.I have not had my boat out on the water yet but we just went through the first huricane for 2023 in Florida. No problems with moisture so far.I will update soon.

Bright
Lights when properly wired are excellent. Even in daylight can visually see they are on...

GREAT Value
I was surprised how well constructed these were. Heavy and very Bright. No instructions in the box but I had a basic idea of how-to remove the old and install new. The only issue was the new lights had a red and black wire and my boat had white and black wire. Looked up a video on u-tube and found it was best to match black to black and white to red. Works perfectly. Great buy!
