These hold the hair ponytail in place and it doesn't hurt either or grip the hair too tight, I love them!

Glad I found these. A friend gave me one of these hair bands many months ago and I was very happy with it. Had to search to find one that seemed to be the same. Think I got it right. They do a great job holding my thick pony tail during my workouts
