I have serve hot flashes during the night. I am unable to be prescribed any type of estrogen because cancer runs heavily in our family. I heard about this product and decided to try it. I averaged approx 8 to 10 severe hot flashes per night. I started taking this the day I got it. In the morning time. Ok the second night I only had 2 hot flashes that were very mild. Last night was my third night of taking it and again 2 very mild hot flashes that only lasted a few seconds. I'm very impressed with the product. It tastes terrible but it's worth it. I mix it with a tiny bit of water and chase it with orange juice. I will subscribe to this product.

I use this product for hot flashes. It doesn't taste great but it's also not real strong so it's tolerable for the benefits. I add 1ml to a small glass of water each day. It took a day or two to work but after that, I hardly get any at all and if I do, they are very light and nothing like before. Highly recommend!

Hot flashes vanish quickly after I began using this. The first couple days, I used 2 or 3 dropperfuls. After that I only need one dropperful at bedtime. Good stuff.

Easy to take, taste isn't too bad. Works ok doesn't take the hot flashes away but lessens them.

I've purchased this twice. Tastes terrible, but no more hot flashes. Update - they have changed the formula, so it tastes better.

Taste wasn't great but I added it to my morning coffee and it was fine. Product though is fabulous!!!! No more hot flashes!!!!

This product is gross now. It used to be very pleasant but after the last 2 bottles received, I will no longer be purchasing. It tastes awful... even mixed in water!
