I immediately noticed an improvent with these.. I gopt them for my super flat "decK' shoes and they are much more comfortable now.. will likely add to my sport / court shoes and see how that helps

Use these in place of the inserts that came in your shoes. You may have to trim them to size. It helps to relieve foot pain. I was able to stay on my feet longer. I recommend these. Worth the price.

I work on my feet for hours. Constantly. And I found the regular red version of these and love them 5/5 stars. Now I am a heavier guy so thought I'd see if the ones for heavier would be even better(last longer maybe?). Well my shoes are a bit tighter now and these are great for everything except my toes, the ends. I get the tingling. So I loosen my shoes and then my heel slides too much and blister there. So tape my heel and I'm good.So my take is that the red ones I had neither of these issues so best rated. These are still good but require more fussing to get them right.

These are making my boots more comfortable and supportive. Well worth the price.

While they did work for a time. Currently has them for 3 months, the support on the bottom started breaking for me.

I used these in my work boots Ariat workhogs, they fit good without trimming and what a difference from the original insoles! Much better support and the arch is great! I’m not quite 220 but thought I’d get them being close at 190 ish and couldn’t be happier!

Placed in my shoes and the pain in my arch was so bad I had difficulty walking. My physical therapist suggested these. I doubt I will use them, unfortunately I'd alrtcut them down to fit my shoes so I'm stuck with them.The company was incredible, they responded very quickly. I will try another of their products and recommend them.
