Biology 1 (Cambridge Advanced Sciences)

Brilliant book recommended by all. I purchased this before my daughter had her mocks and she found the book extremely useful. She even said there wasn't any need for taking notes and did her revision for AS Biology just by reading through the book.

Good quality book and in good condition as advertised.

This book is a must have for all those who are coming from an OCR double or triple award to As Biology. Even if this isn't your board, i highly recommend it if you want a book with clear defined explanations with lots of explained diagrams. However, this book lacks end of topic questions, so if you want a book with questions rather than a text book of explanation then look elsewhere.

my teachers are rubbish-seroously.... and if it wasnt for this book i wlda failed biology wihout a doubt.its just perfect-it contains all the info you could possibly need!!it is a little overdetailed in places-but hey rather overdetailed than underdetailed ;)
