Q: Can this be used for glute ham raises?

Unfortunately, no. The Audro Sport Doorway Sit-Up Exercise bar is used for regular sit-ups only. However, exercise benches allows more of an exercise variety, ie. glute ham raises and regular sit-ups. Also, there are products specifically for the glute ham raise. The one I have is not. I regret not meeting your needs but Amazon do have glute ham raise machines available. Thank you for your inquiry. V/r, Goodville

I have not tried to do Nordic curls, but I don't see why you couldn't. It is strong enough and stable enough to hold you. The majority of your weight is on your knees. The device is adjustable, but if you are a big person (e.g., size 12 foot) it may not be comfortable.

Q: can you use it for doing pull-ups as well?

Let’s go with....no. I’ve had this for a while now. The device is not strong enough to support your body weight in that fashion (pull-up). Trust me.
