I really like these mats, and I don't know how I lived without them before. I used to have one clear plastic mat that I used on top of my wood cutting board. It slipped a lot, and it warped when heated objects were placed on it. These Simply Genius mats are such an upgrade. They stick better to the wooden cutting board so they don't slide around. This keeps my cutting board cleaner so I don't have to wash it as often. They have a textured/waffled top which also keeps liquids from running off. They take the brunt of very sharp knives and none have cut through them or anything, so they're sturdy. I like that this package had two sizes that came with it; I found the small ones useful for small cutting jobs, like slicing a tomato or something on the side. To clean them, I usually use a dish brush and brush off the food a bit in the sink (this also helps clean the waffle texture better), then I throw them in the dishwasher. I've seen some other reviews here that they don't always come out dry, which is true. But that's because of the waffle texture and how it grips to liquids, so sometimes they hold onto water and take a while to dry. It's no big deal, as I open my dishwasher and let all my dishes dry for a few hours before I unload anyway. And most of all, I love these neutral gray colors! When I was searching for cutting board mats, so many brands only offer bright, clownish colors, which are not fit for a modern/sophisticated kitchen look. Who wants rainbow-colored cutting mats? They look like they're for children, lol--sorry, just my opinion. These gray ones look nice, feel nice, they're inexpensive, and work well--I'm happy and can't complain. Once these wear out, I'd have no hesitation buying more.

I've been wanting to purchase a set of flexible cutting boards such as these. As usual, I spent way too much time researching the various ones available reading through many reviews. I am extremely happy with the sizes both small and large for different jobs, love the neutral colors that match my kitchen vs the many 'brighter primary colors' out there, the quality is excellent!, not printed words one these that could 'smear' as I have seen in review on other brands (its easy enough to remember which color you like to use for which type of food - meat, fish, fruit/veggie without the name being printed ;-), and they easily wash in the dishwasher. I do find they don't dry all the way, so I simply take a towl wipe to them after the dishwasher before putting away. They have the perfect amount of flex/bend I'd hoped for as well. I also love how I can lay it next to my flush counter sink and wipe stuff right into the sink as I work i.e. moving through various fruits that I may be cutting up for a fruit bowl etc.

Overall this is a really good product and all the extra sheets that is included. The only draw back is the sliding because there is no grip in the back to keep it from sliding. I used a grip liner and it works like a charm otherwise I would give it 5 stars

They are substantially thicker and heavier duty than others.

These little cutting boards are handy to use as cutting boards, snack plates, charcuterie, etc. They go in dishwasher like nobody’s business. They are much cleaner than old wood I g cutting boards or the poly resin ones from 2 decades ago. They are sturdy enough to use as a snack plate, for light food- like a few muffins or fruit slices.

Love the multiple sizes. They do not slip on the counter during use.

These are pretty standard plastic cutting boards. They fit my size needs.They did come slightly bent. Can't get them to lie completely flat, but it's not enough to affect performance.
