Excellent phone for 2022 and 2023
The Samsung S20 Ultra (renewed) has been a great purchase. The seller sent it in a box (not original) but in immaculate condition. The battery (one of the most important things, believe me) holds the charge perfectly after three months of intensive daily use. I can easily use 6 hours of screen and 18 hrs to 26 hrs of standby and it still gives you a remainder of about 25%. The charger that it includes is very bad, but luckily I had one of the fast-charging LG V60 that is magnificent and works very well with the Samsung S20. I always use it with 120hz refresh, the battery is excellent and is not affected. What's the point of buying hundreds of dollars and using it with 60Hz? that the image is laggy continuously so always use it at 120hz, excellent screen. The camera is excellent! The 'steady cam setting' that it brings is smooth and very good, but you can't use it in 4K, you can only use the normal stabilizer in 4K, but if you don't mind using 1080p, use the super-steady which is magnificent. The 100X Zoom is excellent for distant objects, you don't necessarily have to use it at 100X, you can increase it little by little, at 60X it takes very acceptable photos (don't move). The 'panorama' option is excellent for landscapes, very very good photos. The video and the portrait option is magnificent, very high quality (don't forget that it's a phone, not a professional camera!) I've removed many applications that it comes with by default and everything works great. The one I bought came 'unlocked' and I connected it to 'straightalk' and it works on 5G excellently. The quality of the audio 'DAC' is wonderful and I bought the USB-C adapter to listen with portable headphones and it sounds great (adapter on Amazon $6). The sound of the phone audio is perfect, with an emphasis on the midrange, so don't expect to hear 'bass' sounds like you have a subwoofer here. The microphones are excellent. Buy a protector and take care of it from falls, it is not unbreakable! The protective plastic of the three cameras is very durable and does not scratch, excellent. I recommend it, if you can buy it do not hesitate! Excellent Samsung S20 Ultra 5G, a technological marvel!

Great so far! lets hope my screen doesnt die like most other s20 ultras do.
So far it's great. Bought an item listed in, "excellent condition". Can't see anything from 12 inches away. I recorded a video when I opened the box, just to make sure amazon didn't blame me if anything came messed up. So far, everything looks great. I threw a case and 2 protective screens on as soon as I transferred my data.My biggest fear is the screen dying or the battery failing. so far, so good. Hopefully nothing crazy happens. Apparently, the s20ultra had some crazy issues with the screen and updates.I will update as I go on. So far, I don't see any sign that seller: "PHONE PLUG" has shorted me on anything. Everything looks great so far. I don't think I missed anything yet.

Beware "TOP-NOTCH-TECH" seller. Cracked/protruding BACK cover less than 1 month. No drops.
Beware "TOP-NOTCH-TECH" seller.Seller response: "Sorry for the bad experience. Physical damage is not covered by the warranty. I suggest you have it repaired at a local store."1. Had phone less than 1 month.2. No, not physical damage. This was a overheated battery that busted back of phone. Batteries are supposed to be checked prior to selling "excellent" Amazon refurbished phones.3. Reporting seller, leaving 1 star rating to stay. This seller is awful.Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra, 512GB, Cosmic Black - Fully Unlocked (Renewed) - Renewed "Excellent" per Amazon Standards we were told which includes battery checks and assurances against what has occurred.Back of phone cracked protruding suddenly. There are no cracks defects on the screen or other areas of the phone. ONLY back cover. Phone purchased 7/19/24, arrived 7/22/24. The phone gently used. No drops/incidents. No injuries to the phone prior to this occurrence. Item sitting on a desk. When picked up to authentic, I found that the back cover was cracked and protruding. Contacted selled and asked, "Can we return and receive replacement? Same "excellent" Amazon condition. Same make and model. Equivalent exactly to this phone. This phone has not even been here for 1 month. Still within Amazon return policy, but attempting to contact seller first to see if exchange possible before going through Amazon return/refund process." The hope is this is a 1 time fluke related to improperly checked battery before reselling product as "excellent" refurbished condition. Willing to go with that assumption until proven otherwise.Awaiting response from seller, will update if/when seller contacts purchaser. (Updated above).See attached images.

The phone looks like a brand new phone and not used
This phone looks like a brand new phone. This is such a good deal. How it is slightly lighter than the samsung s20 galaxy that I bought from backmarket.

Not as good as other refurbished phones I have purchased on Amazon
The phone was packed nicely, came with the sim card pin and a cable. The rim of the case has several scratches and scraps, the screen itself have several mini chips and imperfections. It seems like someone stored it next to a set of keys and they rubbed. I ordered the case the same day as the phone and that covers up the scraps on the edges, I later bought a screen protector and it gave me troubles because of the chips on the screen, but after a day I was able to get the bubbles out. It also has random lock ups and I need to reboot from time to time. It has 5G which my S10 didn't so that is nice, but I have to turn off 5G sometimes because it will drop calls. Once I turn it to LTE only it works every time. Might be a 5G thing though since I never had 5G before. It seems to have issues but since it took me a few days to get it setup how I like I will live with the problems. This is the third refurbished phone I've purchased and the first one that doesn't look like new. It does get 4 starts but barely.
