Imma marry it
Great laptop. Even tho its a 3070 you still gotta mess w nvidias 3D settings and with the games internal vsync settings to really optimize each game. 360 hz is awsome but don't play demanding games at high settings with 360 hz cause the screen completely glitches out. Took me a week of internal pain to figure that out. They run smooth at 60hz w vsync (depending on game) though. For games that don't have a refresh rate option in their settings (weird but games such as Sniper Elite 4 don't have it) go to the razer synapses and change it in the performance tab to 60. Then when ur done playing go back and change it to 360 if you want. Kinda a hassle but that's what you get with a machine like this. You just can't win lol. Overall awsome powerhouse that's so slim and fits right in your backpack without taking much space. But omg the power supply is so thiccc. Battery life is awsome, given that it's an insanely powerful gaming laptop. Lasts almost 3 hours when using google nonstop. Look if you want battery life get a Mac. But for gaming this thing rocks. Just have some patience and once you set up everything you'll begin planning your wedding to this thing. Peace.

Expected better for the price tag
Friends warned me about Razer products. I have the death adder wireless mouse and I love it. So not a total knock on Razer I do like their products. But I am sorry this computer is junk. The performance is fine, I ran it to an external monitor and yeah it had good FPS, was pretty quiet, and gamed just fine.I noticed early on it began freezing, I am an ex-IT Specialist so I figured this may have been due to something being corrupt in windows, so to rule out any software related issues I made the decision to use the media tool and redo windows. To no avail, it still would freeze on random occasions. And I mean FREEZE. No Ctrl+alt+del could fix it or anything. The second problem I encountered was that I would turn it on and it was often telling me windows recovered from an issue(mind you, I was an IT Specialist I installed windows probably over 100 times…). I was always sure to close all apps down and SHUT DOWN the computer before I would put it in my backpack or anything, and it still seemed to do this every once in a while. A $2500 computer should not do this..The final straw for me was when I was sitting on the couch and charging it and the screen began to flicker. Similar to one of the other reviews I saw on here, it was TERRIBLE. Clearly a hardware fault at this point I convinced myself to reach out and attempt to return it. Thank you to Amazon for letting me return this product. I went and got a comparable spec HP Omen and I am now much happier as it performs so much better.

Excelente Equipo

My Experience
I am updating my review to reflect my complete experience as my issue with he laptop has been resolved. 5.5 months after buying this laptop, the laptop suddenly stopped working. Black screen on startup and completely unusable. Based research it was most likely due to a bad graphics chip. 5.5 months is out of the window to return. I called Razer tech support and submitted a warranty request and after some initial difficulty related to communication with tech support I received an RMA. From this point forward the warranty process was quick. The laptop was repaired and returned to us within a week. Although we got a dud laptop the warranty experience turned out to be a positive one.

It will die a wildly-inappropriately early death, and Razer will not help you.
It was shiny for a little while. Reasonably quick, pretty display. Gets hot. Very hot. Must have a cooler to sit it on (not terribly portable that way, tbf.). Battery will die quicker that it should, and then it will expand and need replacing. Reliably about 15 minutes after your warranty expires.Don't do it. They look slick, but all that sparkles is not gold. Even if it does cost like it is.

GPU never worked
The GPU never worked and I have been contacting the customer service forever. All they can get back to me is asking me to provide screenshot and video recordings over and over again. I have talked to 5 different persons in the customer support team and none of them is able to provide true help. I am a software engineer at Amazon and I KNOW HOW TO DEBUG A SOFTWARE ISSUE but they keep asking me for the same screenshot for a common issue you can easily find many posts using google search. They just refuse to take care of it even if the product is still in warranty. BE AWARE!!!
