There is a set of people that cannot process alcohol sugars. If you are one of those, you will be in the bathroom. Otherwise, it's a good sweetener.

Just made our own homemade gummies. The sorbitol was a key ingredient. The recipe we used from “sugar geek” only required a couple of tablespoons, so we will be able to make many more batches. Storing the rest of the sorbitol in an airtight container for next time. Happy with this purchase.

Not worth it, do not order, you cannot return I would very much like a refund. Not only did the bag burst open it spilled all over the box and other items. Do not order unless you feel like wasting money.
