I recently purchased this for my Puerto Rican mother. We've been looking all over for it since Publix doesn't carry it anymore. I was very happy to find this set of 3. It's very similar to Chocolat Menier (the original product that my mother had used for years). Unfortunately, they've either discontinued it or they don't sell it in the states anymore. The Cortes Chocolate is a great replacement.Just a warning. Keep it away from your kids. I used to break off chunks of this type of chocolate and eat it. It tastes just as good by itself (sweet with a hint of salt). You may not have any left to make hot chocolate.**Update**They do sell Chocolat Menier in the states. Publix doesn't carry it anymore, but I've seen it online.

We bought this in Puerto Rico about a year and a half ago (before all the hurricanes) and it was amazing. Than we ran out. :( Then we found it on Amazon, and it's a Happy Day! And it's still mailed from PR, so that means we're helping them out too!We actually have a milk steamer that we use first and then dump the chocolate into to melt. And then pour in a little hot coffee because mocha is one of the best flavors ever.

The flavor of “Chocolate Cortez “ is very tasteful. It’s semi sweet, but you can add sugar to your taste. Serve hot with crackers on the side and enjoy.

I recommend these bars. So fresh and tasty. Great quality ingredients. My partner is from Colombia and he reallly really loved it.
