Looks good and assembles easily
Can't beat the price,. Looks good and assembles easily, (it comes in pieces that screw together). I don't expect the finish to last forever, it is painted plastic, but it held up great for a night so far.

Cheap but okay
Looks like picture. But paint comes off easily on your hands and it’s not straight. The handle curves. Cheap stuff but works for a fun costume

The downside is that the paint comes off and your hands end up being gold. Make sure you wash your hands before eating, touching your face, or touching anything for that matter. Maybe the product maker could make the plastic that color instead of painting over it. But it’s just for a Halloween costume, so it does not have to be perfect. Also would be nice if they had options of adding more pieces to make it longer, so have the option of buying extension pieces.

for the price, it's great!
I read all the reviews on this product before purchasing. Here is a real review...It comes in 5 pieces and they screw together perfectly. It's strong enough as long as you're not going to use it to hit something. (If you are going to hit things, I recommend buying a broom handle, cutting it into pieces, and putting them in the sections before screwing them together.)As many reviews said, the gold dust does come off on your hands. I bought some clear coat paint and that should stop that issue.All in all, it is perfect for my halloween costume with just some clear paint over the gold.

Very disappointed. Poor Quality!
Very disappointed in this item, yes i know what i ordered but you expect some quality in a product no matter what it is. I ordered this for my son, it arrived in a timely manner but upon putting the product together my hands came away stained gold, apparently it was sprayed with gold paint and not sealed with a clear coat, because of this my sons hand were so coated with gold pain after 5 minutes that he had a reaction to it and his hands became irritated and swollen. We had to remove the caked up gold from his hands before he got any relief. Also the pieces were all bent and warped making the trident look like a C rather than l. I would like to give it more stars but because of this i cant.

Nice
It was easy to out together, good color, sturdy once assembled. The only thing was I had to spray it with a glaze to keep the gold from rubbing off on our hands. Otherwise I recommend this product.

Paint Wears Off On Hands!
I used this for trunk or treat and only had it in my hand for about a half hour. The paint wore off on both of my hands and transferred to everything I touched. If the paint did not transfer to my hands making a mess, I would have given it a 5 star review.
