I bought this primarily to use as a stylus but I have a variety of fountain pens so I wanted something a little more unique than a ballpoint. It always gets comments, it's certainly cool, but I'll hit the negatives. Firstly it's a little heavy, but this is a positive for me. It's a little heavier than a Lamy Studio, for reference. That is largely in the back end. Next, it only takes short international cartridges. This isn't a giant deal because you can refill the, if you are at that point in your fountain pen addiction, but it might limit your ink options. It writes well, otherwise, but I have had some issues with cartridges falling out in the pen, which is a giant mess, but I can't tell if that's anot inherent flaw (using it as a stylus means tapping it against a screen upside down, after all), or if its a different issue (too much travel, or something). It still gets a recommendation from me.

I am an aficionado of all things fountain pens and was mesmerized by this pen at first but after receiving it I am still unconvinced of its usefulness vs its novelty. To beging with, the advertised ink converter did not fit (too big), the nib is too small and the screwdrivers difficult to use due to a very tight cap. I love fountain pens and will keep this as a novelty to show my friends when I show off my collection of fountain pens... but a 5 star pen this is not.

Good value for the price. The black accents with the orange pen are striking. A Monteverde mini converter CAN be used if the plunger is pushed in slightly after filling. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Broke the second time I tried to use it. Made a mess. Looks like the nib section broke, dumping the ink inside of the barrel of the pen.

Always Good and consistent. no regrets. will do repeat buys.

I was primarily interested in this pen as a first entry into the higher end fountain pen category. The stylus was a draw, but the rubber tip came off while in a pocket (i.e., the rubber piece came off and was lost), rendering this feature useless. I regularly used the rulers; the screwdrivers were had by far the most utility. The level, well, was a level.At one point, the knib cartridge came apart, however I was able to reassemble it and returned it to good working order. I replaced the cartridges with Thornton's shorts, they worked perfectly and wrote as well as any other fountain pen I've used since.Overall, highly recommended.As a side note, I lent this pen to someone (who decided to forget to return it), so I can't comment as to its durability beyond about 6 months.

Bad quality for the price. Less than 2 months of use and is peeling at every point.
