I take 4 pellets about 3-4x per week. My naturopath recommended for severe leg cramps I would sometimes experience at night. Since I started taking, no more leg cramps. On the rare occasion when I forget to take a few doses and feel a cramp coming on, it seldom materializes to the painful stage. Highly recommend for leg cramps. Don't know what else it works for.

It definitely works to relieve the leg cramps

Fabulous for my severe muscle spasms and great for constipation. Also good for my asthma. I take it every day but too much can cause diarrhea. Great product.

I bought these because I was told they would alleviate my leg cramps, but did not help one bit. Lesson learned.
