I've been on the same antidepressant for almost 20 years because all the others I've tried did nothing to help my anxiety and depression. As someone that has tried a good few herbs, supplements, diets and what not, I must say that the stress relieving results with this one are noticable, considerable and I can feel when I'm not taking it - a little more tense and less patient, currently I'm refining a lectin free diet, before that this supplement was a lifesaver even! (I think our current diet of much less lectins and a morning sprouted peeled almond, banana and cinnamon shake is adding to the good effects...)Not to mention that as a nursing mom these herbs still are working well, zero problems whatsoever!Absolutely recommended, Dayal Nitai, Hare Krishna!

It's the best,I decided to use to reduce daily stress and dose work very well۔ It has no side effects such as drowsiness, laziness or confusion and fatigue and all my stress is gone but I noticed something else, I had severe premenstrual syndrome during my period, And I was always nervous and angry and my breasts were painful, But during the past 3 months that I used these pills, a miracle really happened, I didn't have any stress, anxiety, confusion, I'm very relax. I was new to ASHWAGANDHA ROOT as an older person and I can feel it working. My mood has become more enlightened. I know am getting a lot of quality herbs in this bottle. You can smell the potency which is always positive. I like the cortisol support that is added as well because that ingredient alone can be expensive. It is nice that all these ayurvedic herbs are nicely fit into 1 serving.

Great product it

I do not recommend this product. This product makes me feel off and not in a good way. Also, the herb smell is extremely strong and off putting. I have ADD/ADHD and do not recommend this for anyone who also has ADD/ADHD. I would also think if you have anxiety or depression you should not use this product (whether or not you are on meds for).

I love this Stress Lift! I feel better after taking it and seem to have an improvement in my overall mood :) It doesn't make Me jittery which is super important as I'm very sensitive to any stimulants. Instead, this product just makes Me feel more relaxed and calm, while still helping Me have a bit more energy :) I dont know how it does that, but it WORKS!! I love it! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
