Just right size
I love the size and length. I have a possible tear in my rotator cuff and going to PT. I have knots in the upper shoulder and I was told they use something called TheraCane to get knots out. I looked at the different types of these devices and the TheraCane. I like this small size opposed to the other longer ones.It works great and easy to hang on to. I am small and slender and fits my neck and shoulder area well. My husband is 6ft weights 200 lbs so he is bigger and he can use it easily as well. The devise is very sturdy and I def think it would take a lot to break it.

Great for travel but expect some strange looks
I’ve been having terrible neck and shoulder tightness and pain. My full sized S bar is wonderful but wouldn’t fit in my suitcase and I was scared of how bad I would feel after a 4 hour flight and hours in the car. This fit in my carry on but I did get stopped at security and was questioned about it. LolSo far, sturdy and hasn’t broken.Great alternative when space is limited (fyi I found dry needling took away all the pain! So I haven’t needed an S bar in a month. But happy to have this for loosening my shoulders)

Fine, but not best
I bought this one because it said it was therapist's choice. I like it ok. I love the two nubs as the top the best. I thought the handle would be a little less complicated but now I would like it to be about an inch or so longer. I use it, I won't get rid of it, but, if I had it to do all over, I would have gotten a longer one with more of the nubs.

For smaller users
I bought this because it was a size that I could pack for traveling. The size, while more portable than Thera Canes, is made for a population smaller in chest and back size than most Americans. The ball at the end is 3 times the diameter of a Thera Cane end ball, so it's difficult to concentrate pressure on a hard to reach or smaller trigger point.

Works Great
Hard to believe something so simple works as good as it does. I wish it would have came with a map(?) of pressure points but after using it a few times I guess a map isn't needed.

Great for travel
I have constant issues with neck, shoulder and back muscles and have everything thing from the tennis ball peanut to a full massage chair. Getting one of these for travel was an easy decision. It's very lightweight, fits in an under seat backpack and does the job. Of course, it's not as versatile as my full size one but particularly for neck and shoulder, it works well.
