Great sound
These are my ordered strings. The feel is better than other strings I have used. I like the gauge, and the sound produced. Not to twangy like a steel string, not dull and lifeless. I play 1 to 2 hours a day and they lasted me about 2 1/2 months.

Great strings for an old classical guitar
After trying several sets of strings, I finally tried this set. The tension is just right for my 60 year old Yahama classical guitar. The sound is clear. Unlike some sets I tried which took many days before they would stay in tune, this set took only one day.

Good strings, took a while to settle
Took longer than expected to break in. Probably about 5 retunings. Now they are fine and a very nice tone. No reason not to buy them again, especially if they last longer.

I accidentally clipped on the wrong side of the knot
As the headline suggests, I accidentally clipped one of them on the wrong side of the knot after tying off at the headstock. Had to buy a whole new set. I don't recommend doing this as these strings aren't cheap and you may throw your guitar in a fit of rage. After the second set arrived... They seem fine. I think I liked the Savarez 500AJ that came on my Cordoba Orchestra CE better. The trebles seem louder but the bass seems a little quieter and and all strings seem a bit harsher sounding. Not as warm on bass or treble strings. The tuning stabilized pretty quickly on the bass strings though. That's a plus. If they last as long as they claim... I could get used to them... I think.

sound great - long lasting
I love coated strings. I used to drive me crazy how fast the bass strings would turn on my classical. These will still turn, but they last several months instead of several days - huge win IMO!. My guitar also had some intonation issues, and the thinner treble strings really help with that. My classical still doesn't have as perfect of intonation as my electrics, but these string make it "good enough" to not be an issue.

Night and day difference
I used these to balance out a super mellow cordoba C4 and it worked like a charm. It sounds like a whole new guitar. It’s still mellow but now it’s more powerful and resonates. These have 10 lbs more tension than the strings I normally use but I didn’t really notice a big difference, still lighter than the light strings on my electric.I’ve read these have a tendency to slip so the high strings got 3-4 loops at the bottom and I tucked the tails under the adjacent strings for good measure. We’ll see if it holds overnight but looks good so far.

J45FF Carbon and J45TT Titanium guitar strings. Excellent strings
If you use the Standard J45ff Normal tension carbon, these are the extended life XTC Normal Tension set. They set easy and stay in tune quickly. Nice feel to them too. I use them on my de Jonge double top and have a nice bell like bright tone. Plenty of projection and sustain.I also purchased a normal tension set of XTC J46tt Titanium trebles for use on my de Jonge spruce top. They are also excellent strings. I noticed slightly more volume on my spruce top. The trebles are slightly thicker and seem to have more body and not as thin sounding as the as the J45FF carbons. I think they also have a faster feel IMO. Great projection without any noticeable loss of sustain.

Popped High E in one week.
Popped high E string within a week. Never had this happen before. Very disappointed because they sounded great. Can't trust the strings so won't be ordering again.
