I'm guessing the manufacturer is taking the cheap way out and reducing material used as this nasal pillow is nothing like their original. This one has the thinnest amount of nasal material allowing it to partially collapse within your nostrils inhibiting it's ability to create a good seal. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

This was a quality Rand replacement for my original brand product. It is made by Respironics and is the OEM part. Exact fit. No issues.

Was not what I needed so returned

This item is clearly for those with a classically feminine nose. A slight upward tilt with less pronounced nostrils. If you have a Roman or classically masculine nose, this WILL NOT FIT YOU. Check around for other items. I can't speak to exactly how well it would fit a woman, but the design is clearly not for a straighter nose with pronounced nostrils.

So I've owned a DreamWear for years. I bought this pillow because it claims to be from Philips, but when it got here it looked very weird from my other pillows, has an awkward slant in the nasal pillows. Definitely didn't look like the images. I tried it out last night and it just wouldn't stay seated. It leaked air horribly and was loud. I had to end up pulling it off and going to an older mask.
