We were sent the wrong cartridge that doesn't work with printer
Very disappointed to realise I spent money on a wrong cartridge that is incompatible to the printer. The photo and description says a different model will be sent.

I had ordered HP ink 991x of all colors, and I received HP ink 991xc. And our machine HP Pagewide 774 won't accept these ink cartridges.

Bestellt war HP991X bekommen habe ich HP991XC.Habe ich erst heute beim Einbau bemerkt das diese nicht kompatibel zur 991X ist. Also Unbrauchbar
