Great product

I have tried quite a few different brands hoping to find a bulk offer that works out cheaper while retaining the quality of this telephone Brand. Some stuff is awful (usually powdery) and some is just OK (usually greyish) but nothing is anything like as good. If you have tried another brand and thought that this stuff is not for you then it is worth giving this a go. You must make sure that you drink enough liquid when using the product even if you don't mix it all. A good way to start is by stirring one teaspoon into half a glass of still or fizzy water - don't stir or wait for long before drinking it then drink another half glass of water. Once you get used to the texture (there is virtually no taste) you can raise the dose to suit yourself. The idea is to improve your gut environment to help beneficial bacteria to multiply. I mix home-made kefir with the water to help this. I think it has a mild laxative effect though as a veggie I don't really notice this. It is probably much better I all respects for meat eaters.

Bought this as I was suffering from not going to the loo. Put a tablespoon in a pint of water along with a little cordial waited 5 mins and then drank it. It turns to a jelly like substance with no taste but I drink a pint before bed everyday now and have never felt better.

I take 2 tea spoonful of this at night before I go to bed. I love the taste of it. I definitely order it again.

It’s a bit of an unusual texture to get used to and it has a hint of the smell of mushrooms for me, but I mix it into fruit flavoured squash and it’s palatable.
