When these arrived I was a little lost for words. Not because the product didn't meet expectations but because I had absolutely no recollection of ordering them and had no idea what they were, it must have been one of those late night orders. Nevertheless as I struggle into middle age I liked the idea of getting rid of some of my extra chins if nothing else. I followed the advice and started with the blue one. The first attempt wasn't pretty or successful. I struggled to get the thing in my mouth correctly and groaned and dribbled like a nervous horse taking the bit. Once I had got it in I started to bite down, I managed only 2 or 3 bites before suddenly wretching violently. The device had some how tickled my gag reflex, I managed to not throw up my lunch by dribbled even more and spat the thing out. It was then that I realised my wife had watched the entire sorry affair. She calmly said "don't let me see you doing that again unless you never want us to have sex". A fair point I thought. So I took the device to the shower and it was there that 2 once warring factions found peace and harmony. Those factions being the device and my mouth. Within a short time I could do a decent jaw workout without any near regurgitation incidents, my jaw is getting stronger and my wife hasn't seen me doing it once. When using it I can't help but think these would have been great to hand out the wild club goers of 90s who used to be very keen and practising jaw grinding without anything to bite down on, they would have all had the best jawlines the human race has ever seen if they had been handed one of these on entry to the club.

The jaw excersizer is the best one I've tried, it's durable and requires alot more stregnth to be able to use it when compared to other products, at first it might seem uncomfortable but after a few days it fits fine and really gets a great pump for facial muscles. I highly recommend because I've tried a few different jaw trainers and this is the best. The picture shows how I use it (fingers are for the top set of teeth, thumb is where the bottom set of teeth go)

Too big and uncomfortable, I could not use it, they make you gag. Probably will end up using them for bushings on my bike rack, so not all is lost.

Purchased these for myself, some months ago, and have been using them regularly. Purchased a second set, for a present, to find myself in receipt of a much smaller set. 3 pieces still, but each piece about half the size of the first set I purchased. No size options, so I don't understand this.Not sure how to review, in that I can't speak for the size you'll get, it will either be small, or large.The first set I got, and still use are good, durable, and hard work. I got used to the blue one after about a month, and at this time working through the more challenging orange one. I dread to think what the black one will be like. The tension difference is notable, and feels like a damn good face workout.I didn't trial the smaller size item myself, and still gave them away as a gift for Xmas, however they were so small I really don't see how they could be the same.Tough to review in light of the size differences. Maybe the tension is the same, but I can't say. I'd be reluctant to buy again, if needed, as I'd want the size I had in the first place, but know it's possible I'll receive a miniature version if I need to re purchase.????

I started with the blue and have progressed to the black using them everyday on the way home in the car.The results are fantastic, it’s improved the my jaw line and helped with my snoring.

The theory seems sound however the design is flawed. I have a fairly strong jaw and after using the lighter version for 12 mins I could feel the muscles had, had a workout however the product is poorly designed. The white bite stripes are not designed for the contour of the mouth and unfortunately pop out regularly. I think it would be better to have two correctly contoured grooves to help the teeth grip the device and stop it moving around and popping out when you use it. I will persevere over the next three months and update my progress however this review on the products design won't change.

I'm a 38 year old male. I used to have a really defined jawline and cheekbones until I was in my mid twenties. Since the middle age chubby face kicked in I've had to do the same as most blokes my age and grow my facial hair a bit to try to hide my fat head. Now my blonde hair is turning white- beard too. I bought this about a week ago and I don't know if I'm using the proper technique but whatever I'm doing seems to be working- and fast! My jawline is reappearing and because the muscles in my jaw are getting bigger- the fat from my neck and cheeks is receeding. I still have a way to go but I can see a difference already and I'm really pleased. I've trimmed my facial hair right down and now that my white ish beard is less visible I think I look younger. Going to keep going with it and hopefully the fat will continue to fall away and the facial structure of my youth may fully reappear! Great product
