Very easy to use and sound quality is great! Perfect for a gift I put it in a teddy bear and not only is the quality still great but it’s so fun to press and hear the recording! Feels like build a bear.

I use these recorders to trick the telemarketers and scammers that call by playing a recording of the disconnected phone message when I pick up, thus having them remove me from their list of active numbers by making them believe my number has been disconnected.I first bought a more traditional recorder to do this since I thought it would have better audio quality but it would take too long for the device to turn on when I would receive a call and by the time I was ready to play the message the caller had already hung up. So I decided to try something like this where I just need to press one button to get the recording to play immediately. Also, the heart design was too cute to pass up.The few times (maybe once or twice) I managed to trick a telemarketer with the more traditional audio recorder, they hung up almost immediately. When I use this item, however, sometimes they hang up immediately and sometimes they stay on the line for much longer, about 20 seconds. I’m not sure if it’s because the audio that plays on this recorder is not as good and therefore probably doesn’t trick the telemarketer, or if it depends on how long it takes for you to pick up and have the recording ready. Still, I do seem to be getting less calls, so it does seem to be working especially since I have this recorder ready to play on my nightstand.Another thing I really like is you can stop the recording by pressing the button again. So I don’t have to sit there listening to 30 seconds of the disconnected phone message after the telemarketer has already hung up or if I accidentally press the device.Whatever you buy this item for, the instructions are easy to follow, this item came with batteries, it likely works for the purpose it was actually built for, and seems to have a great second use if you buy more than one. These are all great features that make the item earn its 5 stars in my book.

Easy to use and re-record! I worried I would struggle with this and after so many people stating that other versions whem the battery dies the audio is lost. I knew I didn't want that for my family with my Dad's voice recorded for them. So this was a perfect option! Clarity was good! Anytime we had an issue we just re-recorded from a different angle and it fixed any harsh tones!

Great for what we needed it for! Our family recorded a message on there for my 85 year old grandma to play and hear our voices whenever she wants to. We live apart and she misses us. We visit often but when we aren’t there she can at least hear us. It was easy to record and play. Sound is decent. She loved it!!I will say that the batteries were dead when I opened the package so that was disappointing. I had to use my own batteries. Luckily I had some LR44’s on hand.

Used this to record my brothers voice and put it inside a pillow made with her dad’s shirt after his untimely death. She cried and still listening.

The media could not be loaded. Bought for my best friend who lost her dad. She can place it anywhere and get gentle reminders. Great and affordable gift that arrived very quickly.
