Okay, so the the pros first:Light weight.Good size for what I neededDoes help with painNow for the cons:Takes over 1 minute in an 800w microwave to get warmCools quicklySmells awful when it's heated so I can't use it as it's my neck that hurts and The smell makes me nauseous.Wouldn't recommend, sorry :(

Good but ad is abit misleading
Great hand warmer but the picture in the ad is abit misleading as it shows 4 of them but to be honest I didn't expect to get them at that price but could easily be mislead

This product works perfectly well as a microwaveable heat bag.BUT - it isn't colourfast. It left indelible purple stains on everything it touched.

The heat only held for about 10 minutes certainly no more and it's quite small too.
