I love these gummies as a EBM of six months. I take these any time I have a drop in my supply. I use to take them everyday but the taste and thick texture gets daunting after a while.

These taste absolutely awful but they did help and just make sure you keep them in a warmer place because I did not and they got really hard and non chewy and made the taste like 30x worse then it already was. Overall it’s a good product if you don’t mind the taste.

I can't get over the smell and the taste of these. They're supposed to be mango flavor but nothing about them screamed mango to me. I don't know how to pinpoint the smell or flavor but I will tell you the smell stayed on my hands for hours even after washing them from picking them out of the jar and putting them in my mouth. Then, my mouth and breath smelled like them for hours even after brushing and eating. Several hours later, my urine smelled like them. I couldn't escape the horrible smell for at least 24 hours. I couldn't bring myself to open the container again so I threw them away after one dose.

These gummies increased my supply in 3 days BUT they are soooo nasty! Idk what mango tastes like that but I had to keep telling myself "Do it for the milk! Do it for the baby!" I literally had to hype myself everyday to take these. This is definitely as last resort but like I said, they do their job.

I don’t like the taste, but that is pretty normal for fenugreek supplements. It’s not so bad I couldn’t take them every day. I used these every day for a month or two and it helped my supply go from 0.5 ounces per day up to 4 full ounces per day. Unfortunately, breast feeding just didn’t work out for me (my son drinks 32 ounces per day to put it in perspective). However, these supplements did increase supply. I think for the average woman, this would really help. Also, if you have 3 of these supplements in one day, the smell can start to seep out of your skin. It grossed my husband and me out, but we got used to it.

I love these! They taste very natural not like the “fake” mango/fruit candy flavor. You can smell something similar to fermented fruit when you open the bottle but I’m not bothered by it by any means. I do feel my baby gets more satisfied when I eat these gummies so they may really work.

I have been taking these for about 4 months. I’m not producing as much milk and I would like to, but I think that’s just my body. These definitely increased my supply, and I see an immediate decrease in my supply if I run out of these. They smell and taste *interesting* lol, but you get used to it. I have to take 2-3 gummies about 4 times a day, so I go through one of these bottles every 10 days. I am also taking a few other lactation supplements on top of these, and it’s been a lot of trial and error getting my supply to increase. But it’s worth it knowing I am feeding my baby. These are not the cheapest either, but I think they are worth it because they work for me. If you are struggling with your supply, try a bunch of different supplements and even mix and match, and don’t give up if something doesn’t work. It just means your body needs something else. Also do not forget to take your vitamins. When I started taking iron, vitamin d3, vitamin c, magnesium, omega 3, and a prenatal vitamin with iron, I saw an increase. I have a suspicion that women who have a low supply are deficient in various vitamins and elements and their body would make more milk if it could, but it can’t give up any more nutrients to make milk. Also, I need to drink 64-128 oz of water a day or my supply drops. Breast feeding is so hard, but worth it Mama…you got this!!! (I am still supplementing by baby with formula and nursing as much as she wants)

I'm usually a person that will get past flavor if it's something beneficial but this is NOT something I can pass. The taste is terrible! I just don't see myself taking this 3 times a day or all 3 at once. I love Frida mom, they really did save my vag after delivery. Definitely recommend their post partum products. But these gummies, they gotta figure out the flavor. I rather take it in pill form. Yuck!!Will update if I end up taking it at least for a week to check if it helps supply but...I doubt it >_<
