Q: Can it mix well with cold water?

I haven’t tried it with cold water.. just mix it really well

Q: My container had no scoop to measure. How much do I use in 1 serving?

1/2 tsp. Personally I like mine strong so I really heap the scoop then add some cinnamon and honey before the boiling water. Also I use minimal boiling water. Stir well. Then I add unsweetened almond milk to fill the mug. So I would say my heaping scoop is equivalent to 3/4 or a full tsp. So adjust to your liking.
