Possibly if you made the paint very thick, but it may chip off, and if you got the glass wet at any time, the paint would run off. I really can't recomend painting glass with watercolor. I would try oil paints.

I am not sure what you mean but If you are asking if once you used them if they can dry and be reused then yes they can.

The Uhu set comes with a couple of brushes but not a mixing pallet. Buy an inexpensive plastic mixing pallet separately. I am pleased with the paints themselves as they have plenty of pigment.
