Quick, Simple, and Nice
The items in this box look very nice. The board is a quad-board although that is to be expected with more modern monopolies. Not to mention this monopoly does have the first two properties brown and use the modern money sign, but that is to be expected from a modern monopoly as well. The pieces look nice and are very creative. The green on the tokens look nice and all the wood pieces are amazing, and I honestly hope they consider using more wood pieces in the future. The property cards are also a nice looking quality. The art on the board, unlike many other special editions, is not too invasive to the look of the gameplay. Honestly the logo graphic design with the green words an the wooden go green was pretty nice. The board is smaller than the average board as it is missing properties. Each color only has 2 properties as opposed to 3. Additionally, some gameplay features have been changed such as railroads and property rent increases. As a result, you get a slightly different gameplay that is a breath of fresh air while also not being too alienating from the standard monopoly's gameplay. The less properties sounded scary at first, but really it just leads to shorter gameplay and we prefer that.

Lots of fun. Shorter than normal monopoly
The actual game is shorter than normal monopoly but it makes it a fast and fun game. The pieces are good quality for being recycled. Great game and a good price

My Favorite Monopoly
I love sustainable games. This is the one. All the others have plastics and unfunny cards or gimmicks. I love this "gimmick" and this game is a favorite at my house alongside backgammon.

A good monopoly variation.
A good monopoly variation. The reduced number of properties and the green up rules help make the game go faster. The pieces are ok quality, though it takes a little time to adjust to their feel.I feel they made a mistake by not removing the 1s, the game really doesn't require 1 dollar bills unless you have lots of auctions.Overall I do recommend it.

Cute souvenir from a time before we crossed the tipping point...
Cute Monopoly edition featuring recycled everything. Very cute idea. I thought it was the exact same game made from warth-freidnly materials, however it does differ slightly from the Monoply we grew up with. For instance, there are not houses and hotels, rather little recycling centers. So you can buy a property and put a recycling center on it. There aren't railroads, etc. I don't know that it requires a full re-reading of the rules or anything, but there are differences-- definitely fun especially if you are a Green Earther.
