Hi Lee, I would lead you to there website directly but it's all in Italian so I will write the ingredients here, the main ingredients are Almonds 40% sugar, sugar syrup, honey, glucose syrup, peanuts 5% , powdered egg white, tapioca starch, vanilla, flavorings. hope this helps. Roberto
