Yes, just ensure that the grill is not light when cleaning.

Q: does this clean planter stains from concrete?

I am not sure about that ....try spray it ing in on the stain ,letting it sit for a few min the with a stiff brush scrubit off..i use this stuf for everything. from the car to my tennis shoes it absolutely the best

Q: Is this good for cleaning and disinfecting respirator masks?

Yes, you can use this to clean just about any item, for respirator masks, I will suggest to put minimum amount on a cloth then clean the mask. Do not put it directly on the mask.
