When I bought the product it said 10 packs of Phonak Cerustop Filters and I only received 1 pack of Phonak Cerustop Filters I did not received what the description said I would say that it is a rip off I was charged for a ten pack Phonak Cerustop Filters and only received 1 Phonak Cerustop Filters not to happy right now if I don’t receive the a 10 packs of Phonak Cerustop Filters I would like a refund please and thank you it would be greatly appreciated thank you
