Great for Back Pain The large size is perfect for covering my entire back. It heats up quickly and really helps with my pain. So happy with this purchase

The product stopped working in 15 days of use, it heats up and the remote starts to burn and smell. It says the seller is giving 3 months of warranty but there is no contact information on amazon nor do they have a website where we can contact them for warranty. Seems like pathetic customer service as well as product. If you are reading this kindly reach out and help me with claiming warranty.

Control panel quality is not good sparks coming with burning smell finally bursted

Quality is good. Electric wire is long enough. Elastic Straps were helpful. Overall I liked it with decent size of heating pad.

Get rid of traditional hot water bags and switch to this electric one which is very effective and save time/efforts

Hi I am writing this review after using this product. I purchased this product on 1Dec and after 10 days it stopped working. So after few days I checked it has 3 months warranty and I contacted the customer service but the number they shared was not connecting to I raised the concern to seller through chat option.Seller told me the process and provided replacement it's been 12 days approx and product is working fine. Sometimes I feel it's overheating. Let's see how long this heatpad works are in total it's just 20 days I am using it.Not highly recommended but it's fine. Not reliable like flamingo heatpad it's just I don't like the feel or design otherwise it's good
