Too soft
Been using this roller a few months now and started off great but it’s actually quite soft and has really dented. I use it for reformer Pilates dupe so rest my feet on it quite a bit and it just can’t cut it.

Great price firm roller Great for back
Good price compared to some is very firm but I like that that and good for my back gets in to all awkard places I.e top of back lower back. Not so easy to do exercises for your sides only used couple times so can't say how much it improves recovery so forth yet but I like it
