KeylessOption Keyless Entry Remote Key Fob Shell Case Button Pad Cover For Cadillac Escalade, EXT, ESV 1x KPT1766

One of my keyless entry remotes for my Escalade was dropped and broke into a couple pieces. I was able to salvage the internal board and use it in this new case. The cover fit good and the buttons fit too. The only problem I have it that the rear hatch glass release button doesn't work. All the other buttons work just fine with normal pressure being applied to them. Upon further investigation I discovered that the contact for the rear hatch glass release is not positioned exactly over the contact on the electric board and therefore the glass won't release. Not a huge deal since I have used that button much at all anyway. If it becomes an issue it appears I could just remove and reglue the contact.UPDATE - 11-27-17 - So after using the keyless remote for a week plus now, I have a problem with it. The button with the horn symbol on it continues to fall out of the cover. Thankfully it has been in my pocket the few times that its happened and I've been able to recover the piece. One time it fell out in the parking lot and I had to look around for it. Going to use my second key fob instead of this one until my husband find another replacement. Guess I should have bought the $40 one instead.

Worked perfectly for what we needed it for. Old key fob broke where it connects to key ring so bought this one to replace it, didn't need programming or anything so it was simple and easy and got the job done. Only thing is that it didn't have the Cadillac symbol on it which I didn't even think about before receiving it but it was easy enough to pop off the old one and stick it on this new one.

The replacement buttons aren’t great because they are hard to set it, but I didn’t really need them so I used the originals. The shell itself is good not great- definitely better than a broken one

Says it fits my vehicle.. the buttons are so faded out you can’t see what is on them. My car logo will not fit in the circle made for it… too small. This does not work for all the vehicles listed. Disappointed… sent it back!

A lil tricky switching the internal components from broken key fob to new key fob. I have not yet tried to see if it works, but I did take a photo and attached so you can see the difference. Main differences is, the keypad sets deeper and the painted icons are very faint, except the red alarm button.
