Great for creating a sourdough starter from scratch!
This livened my sourdough starter. I wasn't getting much of a rise until I started using this. Recommend for anyone making their starter from scratch.

This is the Perfect Flour to start your Sourdough Starter from Scratch
I love Pereg Natural's Rye Flour because of the texture, and it helped me get my sourdough starter working. It was also a great value, and the delivery experience was great. I will purchase this product again.
