Not happy
Bought this refurbished controller. It was sent, within a few days it stopped working.Contacted Amazon, we have to mess around sending the item back, wait for a refund and then re order another one.We had 28 days return but after only 17 days of us contacting Amazon we were told we have to do the longest process of a return and then refund. No option of anything else. Really disappointed

Unpackaged controller, that would appear second-hand rather than ‘new’, was sent.Black controller sent rather than the camo-style one advertised.Disappointing.
