It is drinkable on its own. The flavor is mild, but I prefer putting it in water. I like that it’s in a glass container. It does get the bowels moving, so it may be good for those that deal with constipation. I put 3 stars for the value because the price is high for my taste, but it is a good product and I would buy it again.

Drink it with youngevity & Jarrow productsI get different items on Amazon, I like the idea of prime but can't do it right now. Stop pushing.
