GoodCook Good Cook Bake N Take

Bought this for my mom for Christmas. She LOVES it. Her old 9x13 pan didn't come with a lid and let me tell you, the lid is a game changer. I really don't understand why there aren't more of these being sold. She makes various cakes in it and it's great to be able to pop the lid on when you need to store the left overs. In the past, she would place plastic wrap over her old pan but then that meant she couldn't stack other items on top of it in her fridge. It's also good quality and sturdy and the handle is a thoughtful feature.

My last cake pan of this size must be 35 years old (and is no longer flat) so it was perhaps time to purchase another. This one is very similar to the last, though a tad lighter in the metal. The lid seems sturdy though this one had a small crack in the plastic at the handle - nothing that effects performance. I like the lid and its built in handle. I wash both pan and lid by hand rather than the dishwasher though directions suggest it can be dishwasher safe. I hope this pan lasts as long as the last……

I was trying to replace a previous pan that was fantastic. Made my usual cake with cream cheese icing. When I arrived at the party and removed the lid the handle holder in the lid was buried into the icing. Ruined the look of the cake. In order to alleviate this problem in the future I’ll either have to use 3/4 of the recipe designed for this size pan or very little icing. Very disappointing. The lid needs a redesign. Cake pan itself was fine

Sturdy, easy to clean, closes nicely, you can carry loaded tray with the cover by the handle, not risking it to fall apart. The only thing that would be better if it was nicely stackable for easier storage.

Great Baking pan. Just what I was looking for. Light weight and easy to use. Love the cover, stays securely fastened.
