After having installed the LED kit successfully and checking the manufacturers youtube guide before starting to get an idea of what needs doing, I have to say, poor product using good quality parts. The circuit board is good, leds clear, and the replacement buttons and controls are good quality however power take off, a bit micky mouse being shown by the youtube guide to wedge paper under the terminal, NOT my idea of a good job. The leds occasionally blink and also it take 7 seconds not 5 to turn on. It would be better if it was more like 3 seconds for power on and off.After 2 days, now turns off after 5 mins of use....

Overall disappointed in the product. After fitting this, it all worked absolutely fine except for my buttons. My buttons had completely lost sensitivity, the B & X buttons were okay, they press with a tiny bit more pressure, the A button had to be pressed twice every time, or quite hard, and the Y button was the real problem, I had to press the Y button so hard to make it register, that a game like Call of Duty for instance, wouldn't register me pressing the Y button because I had to press so hard that it always registered it as a hold of the button which was problematic when playing.The product it self was aesthetically pleasing, it was rather easy to fit, if you're used to fiddly work, it was my first time customising a controller and I found it easy. It looked good when the lights were on, I had them on most of the time when I attempted to play a game. The buttons themselves work fine without the motherboard fitted, I have taken this off so I can play comfortably, and the analogue sticks are very comfortable to play with.I would like a refund, but seeing as I like, and need, the buttons and I've tossed the motherboard in the bin, I doubt that would be possible.

Only 4 stars, as i wanted to use the blue light, and while it does have blue, its not very bright and doesnt really light up the buttons very well.Besides that, great product, is a bit fiddly to install but not difficult really, bit fiddly tucking the wires out of the way of the analogue sticks, i used a bit of electrical tape to hold mine.I used mine on a 1697 model xbox controller, it's worth noting that this model contains 2 circuit boards that plug into each other, installing this mod will connect the boards via a ribbon, meaning you have to be slightly more careful when doing future repairs/mods as the boards will no longer just separate.Other than that, good little kit, not overly difficult to install, nice effect when finished, although some colours could be brighter

Ok so I’m amending my previous review, these are amazing now I’ve got them working correctly, people if you having problems it will be one of 2 things, you have either got the wires that go to the thumb sticks touching the metal part around the thumb stick or the batteries you are using are getting flat. Just put new batteries in controller and now I have all the colours and they stay on.

Alright 2 stars for this bad boi, only because it’s multicolor and is very bright I actually loved the way my controller looked, but then again I didn’t want to use any of the provided clear plastic buttons, it lit up the thumb sticks and the dpad, since I hadn’t changed any buttons it could light the others I was satisfied by the looks then when I decided to test it, pressing Y and A required a considerable force, I just want this for my thumb sticks and dpad nothing else that’s why i removed it. Don’t get me started on folding a paper it’s a bad idea
