This budget planner has easily became one of the most important tools in helping me and my family reach our financial goals. It’s easy to use and makes me think about where my money goes. I would say it’s perfect except I wish it had pockets. Either on each backside of the hard cover, or plastic sleeves throughout the planner for bills, receipts, etc. not a biggie because I did make a pocket out of construction paper, but that would really put this planner above all the rest. Still an amazing buy!

Good quality, easy to use. It doesn't seem to matter what size I buy I love them everytime, we also buy some of thier othe organizar like food logs and workout logs.

This book makes sticking to my budget and tracking my purchases so easy! I can plan out my months and see how much I spend on groceries, gasoline, eating out etc. I’ve had a few of the smaller clever fox budget planners but I like the size of this one best. It comes with planner stickers and cash envelopes if you want to use the cash envelope method. In the back you can keep track of your debts and savings. I especially find the section at the end of the month helpful where you break down your month into a pie chart. This helps me make and meet my financial goals and it won’t be my last planner from this company.

I love the design and the different categories and ways to keep track. I just wish there was a weekly section to break down what will be paid with each check.

I purchased this to help my partner and I work on combining our finances, create a shared budget, and work on savings/debt goals. It's still our first month using this jornal but we both really like it so far! It's helped us keep track of our spending habbits and think more about how we're spending our money. And unlike when we were using apps like mint we can have all our finances together in one place where we can both access and update readily.I looked at the various options for the journal and accessories and chose this one because it came with everything. At first $30 seemed like a lot but it's high quality and already paid for itself in a way. The pages are good quality paper. I've hade no issues with ink from my felt tip pens bleeding through. The stickers are cute but unnecessary. It's pleasing to use a sticker now and then but there's not enough to mark every bill or payday but I think doing that would get cluttered anyway. I don't know yet if we will use the envelopes but they are a nice option and also good quality.We're still fine tuning our budget categories and how to track some things but this has been a huge help. It has also alleviated a lot of stress and bickering over how much we think we're spending on things vs how much were actually spending. Also the book has already paid for itself in the sense that I know I will need to write my purchases down and am thinking more about where it fits into the budget which leads to fewer impulsive purchases.

Simple to use and stay organized with your budget

Came in a box but when I took it out it was covered in a grease like substance. I threw it away.

My first impression was how beautifully the book was packaged. The overall quality and workmanship was surprising and has definitely added to the motivation to keep things on track. Will buy again.

I just started using this and I really hope that I can be more disciplined with it.

I’ve ordered 2 different budget planners this year, both Clever Fox, one larger with pockets and this one. I hadn’t tried the Fox Budget planners and I wanted to see what they were like. They both are essentially the same book but I wish they would combine the 2 for the absolutely perfect budget planner. I like the monthly pockets of the thicker more expensive book, but I love this one because it has all the pages of the other one (minus the pockets) and it has a circle graph. I have always always budgeted, everything, always! These Clever Fox books are perfect. I love the monthly planning and the pages I can keep track of all my spending. The monthly circle graph has really been the real eye-opener for me as to where the bill of our monthly money goes. I love it. I love the hardcover planner, the nice thick binding coils, the thicker pages, the order and all the pages put together a perfect budget planner. I’m not sure what more anyone can ask for. I was pleasantly surprised the clever fox budget envelopes came with this as well! For $27, this book is a must have for anyone who wants to do budgeting. As with all budgets, you can be as detailed or minimal as you’d like with these. I’m a detailed planner and this book has pages for everything. The size of the planner is nice to, not real big, but a good size to be able to write and read it well without having to make small print. This allows for one to write normally, has a good amount of space. I like the monthly calendars at the front on each month. One thing I do wish all the Fox planners had are monthly tabs, but I just add my own and it works fine. For professional, this planner is sleek, stylish and it also is fine for this that keep it in a drawer. Excellent quality and I’ll definitely be getting another one for next year. No dates on calendars so you can start this any year on any month you want.I recommend this seller and the Fox Budget Planner. Product arrived quickly and in great shape. Lots of colour selections for anyone to choose from. I love how the planner comes in a nice sturdy box and wrapped in plastic. So nice to open when it arrives. Also comes with a few sheets of stickers to use with it.
