……well known Brand, decided to purchase, already had other Victorinox items.The carving fork curvature was a little unwieldy for me, but once I adapted my own technique, worked very well with the knife.Very sharp.Red plastic handles, my choice.I created a safe cover for both from the Victorinox box, for security in the cutlery drawer.Delivery of this set was by Amazon, who followed the security procedure of recording person ordering, (age, etc) along with person accepting delivery.
