Works good so far. Followed direction to fill and charge. Has since used for a few months with no issue. Holding charge very good.

I like the idea of poring in the chemical myself. That way I think the battery is new when I start using it. No issue and felt safe doing it. Was easy to do. Took 1 minute to read.

Update: I was able to contact support @ Amazon through the chat. I explained that Yuasa doesn't fulfill their warranties. The require the sellers to handle returns. I then pointed out that the warranty period in the item description states 1 year warranty and that they only give a one month period to claim the replacement through the Orders page. It took a little patience and answering a few questions, but eventually they come back after speaking to a lead and approved my replacement! I feel confident I won't have to deal w/ this again so as I stated in my old review, This battery is a 5 star battery. There is a reason they use this brand in a lot of OEM Hondas and this High output version spins over my VTX 1800C with ease.Thumbs up this review so others who have issues can see it. Charger won't even attempt to charge it. I ride my bike year round. Didn't start it for a week due to traveling and I come back to a bad battery. I tried jumping it to another battery to get the voltage up, but it didn't change. It says a 1 year warranty, but there is no way to contact anyone and Amazon only gives you a month to report a problem. It was good while it lasted, but it died for seemingly no reason. I've done without for a month now in hopes I would find a way to contact someone eventually, but I've given up at this point. I would love it if support existed for this battery... It was a 5 start battery till it died. Very strong, but batteries have a high failure rate and if there isn't any actual warranty then 100% don't buy this!

Same as my original 2017 Indian Chieftain battery. Would definitely recommend it.
