My opinion is that the Belgian Milk Chocolate have a rich chocolate taste and can be eaten just like American chocolate. Belgian chocolates in general have a richer taste than American chocolate as they are processed a bit different. Personally I prefer dark chocolate with less sugar and a purer chocolate.

They should hold up well they are a bit smaller then a dime about the size of a normal chocolate chip
