Amazing craftsmanship and beautiful.
I got this to keep myself busy during voluntary quarantine. Final product is a bit small but beautiful and fascinating nonetheless. The details and the craftsmanship is excellent. The pieces are easy to pry out of the sheets since they are laser-cut but I would still be gentle pooping them out by pressing both ways (you’ll avoir splitting one of the sides, although not really a big deal unless there’s detailing on it). Took me about 2 days to build. You will need a boxcutter or knife to cut the wood sticks, work on a hard surface, use the ruler they give you to press the wood sticks into the holes and I do suggest popping the wax out of the metal tin it comes in. Other than that it’s a fun little project for anyone of any age and I plan on buying other models from them.

Cool, but...
Very cool, but...the lid doesn't fit snuggly, so you can just tilt it to the right and open the box, completely bypassing the combination lock. The sides of the box are very fragile. I broke one piece just popping it out of the sheet, ruining the aesthetic of the box. So now it doesnt work right and doesnt even look as pretty as it should.Cool gear workings on top of the box, though.

Very good!
It kept my fiance busy for two days, but he's been going on about it for a week lmao. He put change in it and keeps trying to get people to open it.It came with extra pieces just in case pieces broke while you popped them out of the frames. He only broke one piece, and it had an extra anyway. You don't need screws or tape or glue, but you will need something to cut the really small dowels it comes with. We just used a steak knife which works perfectly. The box is very solid, but the decoder falls apart sometimes; the decoder is only a few pieces so it's easy to just hold them in place to figure out the code anyway.

Great little project
This thing is great. My 9 year old built this pretty much on her own, only needed some help with some of the smallest parts and a few early steps. She snapped a few small pieces, I was lucky to be able to replicate them.Regardless of the difficulties it’s an amazing little project, I can’t believe how smooth everything g operates for wood.

Fantastic for a patient person.
I got this for Christmas from my mother, it's quite the little project. Took about 5 ish hours to make it. I broke a few parts but it comes with quite a few spare parts so it wasn't an issue. I would say there is juuust enough wax. Would be good with a little more but just use candle wax from a tealight if you run out. All the gears move nice and smooth. There is 2 options for assembly, one where you can shift the lid slightly and open it if you forget the code and one where you can't get in with out a code. I chose the option to not slide the lid and it works great and has a nice tight close.
