The ultimate guide to Yin Yang goes into great detail of this highly complex subject but keeps it accessible. I was very excited to get my copy and put a review up for this reason. If you have an interest in Chinese culture or cultures heavily influenced by china such Japan and you study deeply you will come across references to Yin Yang that go beyond light and dark, hot and cold. This book clearly lays all this out for you and is a great introduction to the deep and ancient philosophy of Yin Yang. The hardback is really chunky and looks great. I know I will be referring back to it for years to come.

Yet another awesome book by Antony Cummins. Following on from the Ultimate art of war, this book maintains the same easy to follow and easy to understand format. Antony and the team have gone through great lengths to illustrate the teachings of YinYang. With pieces like "Working with YinYang" and bullet pointed, highlighted information you really can't go wrong with this book. Personally i want to thank Antony for writing books like this to help us understand texts like "Art of War" and "YinYang" this will make another great addition to my Antony Cummins collection. Keep up the good work.

I’ve got to say it, he’s gone and done it again!! Taking a massively complex area of study and bringing it to me in a way that I can understand. I’ve always been interested in yin yang and this book is finally what I’ve been looking for.This is for fans of martial arts, healing, divination or just eastern philosophy. It’s for anyone who wants to finally understand this complex subject.Another brilliant book in the “ultimate guide to” series by Antony Cummins!! Get this one people, it’s possibly his best!

This book really helped me as an alternative therapist to understand the concept of yin yang.I follow TCM for both work and personal living and this is great to have in my library to refer to.

This is a really good thought out book by Antony giving good direct Understanding on the subject of Yin Yang, I only wish all my Study books were as comprehensive and clear to underst as this, especially when I was studying for a BA in Biblical and Evangelistic ministry.

I really struggled with this book. This book is definitely NOT for beginners!It was certainly in depth and was very beautifully designed, but a lot of it went over my head. I had to re-read a lot of it to try and get my head around it.I liked the idea of this book, but found it very difficult to read.
