Completely alleviated metatarsalgia pain
I had severe pain from metatarsalgia that affected me when walking or resting, brutal! These inserts were the solution to the problem for me. They do not offer arch or general support, just provide some light heal cushioning and the metatarsal pad for the ball of the foot. The other, stiffer pads with more support in the heal/arch area did not work well for me. These were the PERFECT size and density of support in that area to complete alleviate my pain. It is the difference between being immobile from pain and no pain at all, truly miraculous. They are very durable, I've two pairs, one has literally lasted me years of daily use. I've never had a metatarsal pad hold up so well, and I've experimented with quite a few. They are leather and will get wet/absorb moisture and need a drying out time if you are using them in wet/sweaty environment, so I have a pair for my yard work/workout shoes and a pair I use for the others. The slim design works well in all kinds of shoes for me. I use them interchangeably for sneakers, boots, canvas flat, dress shoes, etc. The small adhesive pad on the bottom does not work well for adhering firmly to shoes. I have not had a problem with this as I don't wear open healed shoes so they stay in place well without it, but if you want to wear with open healed shoes you may need to get more adhesive for the bottom to hold in place.I wish I could order each foot separately as I find one foot needs a larger pad/size and one smaller to be comfortable, but since these are pretty affordable I just order two pairs the have the perfect support for each foot.

Unbelievable relief for chronic sesamoiditis
I was diagnosed with sesamoiditis in my left foot after a series of orthopedic issues in my left leg. I used to wear boots all the time, but they put too much stress on my big toe joint and caused too much pain. I switched to ropers (lower-heeled boots) to alleviate the stress on that joint. It helped, but I still felt this terrible burning/shocking pain at that joint periodically throughout the day if I stepped incorrectly. As a result, I have generally been wearing tennis shoes whenever possible, since they provide so much cushion for the metatarsals. At the recommendation of an orthopedist, I have also inserted steel insoles in some of my shoes to reduce the amount of flexion at the joint.I got tired of this, and started digging and digging on the internet. I found this product recommended on some podiatry website. It was less than $20 bucks, so I decided to give it a shot....I am three days in and have worn my boots all day each of those three days. I've had zero instances of acute shocking or burning pain (or any pain at all, for that matter). As a result, I feel that my gait is getting back to normal, as I feel more confident taking full steps with my left leg. I honestly cannot believe how effective these pads have been for alleviating this chronic, highly irritating issue. I very rarely review products and am generally a critical person. This is the best $20 I have spent in a very long time. The product doesn't come with instructions on how to insert them properly in your shoe. I went to the internet for that and found some helpful videos. Understand that you don't want your big toe joint to be sitting on top of the meat of the pad. I learned the pad should go slightly behind the joint, closer to the arch. You will feel the pad putting some pressure just behind that joint.I bought two more. Will probably buy more than that.

Good, well made product
I have a cross-over toe issue on each foot and these provide some relief on the metatarsal joints. I use them on a good aftermarket insole (Powestep)

Pain at ball of feet - don’t expect much from this
I purchased the T-Form metatarsal pad, tried it in my Ariat work shoes, and had mixed results.I work at an Amazon warehouse and I walk 15-16 thousand steps in the span of 5 hours. I had high hopes that my painful forefoot would be alleviated. After purchasing the pair of T-Form’s, I decided to purchase an additional 3 pairs of T-Form’s to place them in different work boots/insoles.In adjunct the 4 pairs of T-Forms, I opted for Pedag’s Comfort - for splayfoot support. My foot still aches after many attempts. Don’t get it twisted, I placed them properly, since I own 4 pairs of T-Forms.Unfortunately, I cannot recommend any of Pedag’s products - if you’re looking for comfort whilst working on your feet for hours on end, look elsewhere.Genuine leather means nothing for comfort. Longevity? Maybe so, but the first barrier to overcome is comfort and being free from forefoot ache/pain.I purchased this less than 2 weeks ago and cannot return it. Stupid hidden return/refund policy from the Amazon seller.

Seems Impossible
These inserts arrived today. I have suffered with terrible pain in my feet while walking on my treadmill, to the point of having stuffed every kind of full inserts and extra padding on balls and heels of my feet in shoes. Nothing really worked. My feet have become even worse/more painful. Ever hopefull, or stubborn I had kept stuffing my shoes and walking the treadmill. Until even walking anywhere in any shoes became painful. Well, I put these in my tennis shoes today and hopped on the treadmill with skepticism, but still hopeful.I'm still in shock. No numbness or pain At All in my right foot. And only mild issues in my left foot after almost 2 miles in.I can hardly believe it. I know it's hard to believe they could make this dramatic a difference the first time out. But, they did.

Good quality but could fit better
The insoles are good quality but, they don’t seem to fit right.
