These are working great in my seismic system power transfer switch
I designed a seismic detector system which includes three computers, two Arduinos and one Raspberry Pi. This works well, but on power loss or glitches, the computers would reset, losing data and requiring rebooting. I created a power transfer switch with +12 from a 3 Amp power cube and a second input from a +12 Volt UPS. With each power source fed thru one of the 10 Amp rated diodes to a common point and then to the DC regulators, either power source can be disconnected without affecting the computers with no loss of data. Is working well.

First time using diodes, worked great!
I bought these to wire our amp in our camper to turn on when the ignition is on and independently with a separate push button when the ignition is off (powered from the main car battery). However, I wanted the amp to be activated by the ignition regardless of the switch's position. I didn't want to just have the switch linking the 12V input into the amp connect to the rest of the 12V system in the rig. The diode blocks that current and makes sure that the amp system is isolated when the switch is activated, this way the amp is the only thing turning on.

Just what I needed
I added LED lights to my 65 GTO and I needed diodes to place in the turn signal dash light to keep it from back feeding electric to the front turn signals. These worked perfect. To bad I had to buy 20 when all I needed was 2 but now I have extras in case I need them for another project.
