Exactly what I needed!
I own a 31-year old firm that provides sales, presentation, negotiation and influence training for corporations large and small. For our presentation skills classes, I run my camcorder exclusively on battery, having to swap them out a couple of times a day due to the amount of video recording we do. During a recent coaching assignment, I left my single battery charger (and battery) on a client's site, realizing it only three days before another class. Ordered your charger (with two batteries) on Amazon, got it two days later and it saved the class!

Sometimes you get what pay for
This is a difficult one. My first order was in April 2022. A mishap by a tour guide in June 2023 resulted in needing to order more. First order was for this item. Second order was for this same item plus an additional 2 batteries. Amazon messages only appear to save 2 years of messages so I can only guess that my original order in 2022 was the shipment that was missing a battery. Big Mikes was great with the error and instead of just shipping 1 battery, sent another 2 pack! The charger is excellent.Roll forward to the 4 new batteries. The charge capacity degrades far more rapidly than expected and 1 battery failed completely after less than 1 year. The battery that came with the Camcorder still holds a charge of 2 hours and 40 minutes. the Big Mike batteries that still work initially held a similar charge but are now down to 1 hour and 58 minutes. I have purchased many off-brand rechargables over the years, from AA batteries to other 3rd-party batteries for various devices. I have never had such degradation or outright failure so quickly. For a simple comparison, a set of 3rd party batteries I purchased in 2020 still hold the same charge level as the battery that came with a digital camera I purchased.Edit: So I wrote this review while I was charging up batteries again for an upcoming trip. 1 more of the BM batteries no longer will hold a charge.
