Fairly satisfied
100% satisfied with its freezer. The refrigerator is not much cold compared to my old Samsung fridge but it’s also working fairly. Since I bought the unit winter time I wouldn’t know still if the fridge will work just fine during summer. Hopefully it won’t fail me.

Either faulty or just noisy
Purchased about a month ago, when I turned it on it was making very unpleasant noise - so I turned it off thinking that something wrong with it. I called up Samsung support and they’ve sent me a technician to check the noise. The so called technicians just measured the noise and concluded that everything is fine and it’s gonna make this noise just first day of cooling. It was not true.The compressor is very loud by default and sometimes it gets louder by making jigsaw noises, I can hear it from another room - this is ridiculous. Samsung insuring me that everything is fine with a fridge and this is normal, where as I have another Samsung fridge which is 6 years older - makes 0 noise! Not even small background sound!Of course this review is done based on conclusion of Samsung that everything is fine with my fridge and this is the way it should be! I would love if I had an option to attach the video to prove - so that nobody would ever buy this product.
