Perfect for installing a toilet and hand basin on the top floor of my three story house.
Ease of installation, with clear graphical instructions. Although the manufactures say it's silent it is actuallyquiet and the pump doesn't run on. After flushing, it takes usually two cycles of the pump to clear the pan. As the toilet is situated close to three bedrooms on the top floor of the house, nobody has been disturbed by the toilet being used. It would have been impractical to try to install a conventional large soil pipe in the new location as it's on the opposite side of the house to the soil stack. It is wonderful not to have to go down three flights of stairs to use one of the three toilets on the first floor! Highly recommended I should have installed one years ago. Alan G

comes with plenty of fittings had a slight problem in that the exit pipe join was too big to go under my existing slim fit cistern, so used the one on the previous macerator. seems nice and quiet and efficient

All good so far
Been using it for a month now and all seem ok. Not as noisy as I thought it might be and doesn't run for long about 2 seconds.The kit came with everything I needed

Great price
After searching the internet I found this was the cheapest for the exact same item. Arrived faster than expected. Only complaint is that it’s noisier than my previous unit.
