I'm using this product to make homemade Baby Alive Doll Food. It works absolutely wonderful! Does not clog up the doll and makes a tasty little treat that my daughter enjoys making very much. We don't eat it ourselves but the sorbitol allows it to mix with the water flawlessly and provide you with a great base to use.

Love this sugar. I even use it for making soap, they lather really well!! I don't know I have never heard about this sugar till now....

I used this as an ingredient to make gummy bears. Made a world of difference in the texture!

I find that I can use it for my reduced sugar cranberry sauce without an objectionable after taste. I use it one for one although it is not as sweet as the sugar that I am replacing with it. (I prefer my sauce on the tart side.) I dissolves well and behaves well for this application.
